Caramel Macchiato with Raspberry Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 Box instant cake mix: Vanilla
  • 1 Box Pudding: Chocolate with Caramel Chips
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Raspberry Pie Filling
  • Chocolate icing.

Directions

  1. Set oven at 335.
  2. Make cake by placing cake mix, pudding, eggs, milk, vegetable oil in a bowl, and mixing until smooth consistency.
  3. Grease 2 8 inch pans and place equal portions of cake batter in each. Put them in the oven for 32 minutes. Turn oven off after 32 minutes and wait an additional 28 minutes before taking them out of the oven.
  4. Tort the cakes (slice the tops of them off so they have a flat top).
  5. Build a dam by piping a thick icing stream on the top of the bottom layer of the cake.
  6. Lightly ice the inner circle of the top of the bottom layer of the cake.
  7. Fill with Raspberry Pie Filling
  8. Gently lay the top of the cake on top of the bottom half.
  9. Frost the cake with chocolate icing. Decorate with white icing.
