Salsa


Every so often, i like to create a salsa and just sit and munch on it with some chips. The way I make it, I use the following ingredients.

1 sweet onion
1 jalapeño
2 Roma tomatoes
1 can of whole peeled tomatoes

Dice it all up, I prefer using a knife as to a food processor or a blender. I like the texture of having pieces in my salsa.

When cutting up the jalapeño, be sure to remove the seeds and the veins.

Wash your hands real good when done. Let the bowl you put it all in sit in the fridge for an hour. I’m not a big cilantro fan but you can add cilantro to this.

To double the recipe, simply double the ingredients, but only increment the onion by half.
